Careers
Every lane here is run by someone with at least fifteen years in it. That is the bar, and it is the reason clients pay what they pay. If you are at that level, or clearly moving there fast, we should talk.
Why Us
Five leads, ninety-three years between them, and nothing in the way. Work goes through your lead and the creative director. That is the whole approval chain.
The studio is in Charlotte and that is where photo and video run. Design and web can run remote. It is decided role by role.
You own your lane. Nobody hovers, and nobody rewrites your work behind your back.
You work directly with the people making the decisions, because there is nobody else in the room.
Open Roles
Four roles open. Two of them are operations, which is deliberate: we are building the layer that keeps the creative leads on craft instead of in spreadsheets.
We need someone who thinks in movement. You'll create motion graphics, animated social content, logo animations, and video intros/outros for client projects across industries. You should be the person who watches a static design and already sees how it should move. After Effects is your first language. Everything else is a bonus.
You're early in your career but your taste is already ahead of your experience. Every lane here is run by someone with at least fifteen years in it, and this is the one role on the board we hire on trajectory rather than tenure. You'll support the team on production design: social graphics, presentation decks, print layouts, and brand asset creation. This is a real design role, not busy work. You'll get reps on actual client projects with direct feedback from the lead who runs the lane.
You keep creative people on track without killing the energy. You'll own the project lifecycle from client brief to final delivery: timelines, task assignments, client communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You understand creative workflows and know that 'almost done' means something different to a designer than it does to a client.
You're the person who turns creative chaos into a system that actually works. You will sit between the leads and the crew, translating direction into actionable plans, keeping priorities aligned, and making sure the studio runs like a real business. Part strategist, part operator, part translator between creative ambition and operational reality. If you've ever been told you're the reason things actually got done, this is your role.

Questions candidates ask about hiring at Style Driven.
Sometimes. The active listings show what's open right now. If nothing fits but you think you're a match, send a note anyway. Good people get rolled into the Style Driven pipeline even when there's no posting.
Serious about the work, not about ourselves. High craft, low drama. We give feedback directly, we ship on time, and we don't pretend to be a family. We're a team. Teams win or lose on execution.
Hybrid. The studio is in Charlotte, and that's where production like photo and video runs. Design and web can run remote. Role-by-role basis.
Both. Style Driven runs a core full-time team and brings in contract specialists for specific disciplines. The job posting spells out which lane each role sits in.
