Style Driven ("we," "our," "us") covers design, photography, video, and web and systems from Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy covers the information we handle when you visit styledriven.com, ask about working with us, or use your client portal.
Information we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, company, and anything you send through our contact form, project inquiries, or portal signup.
- Collected automatically. Basic usage data like pages visited, referring URL, browser and device type, and approximate location, gathered through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
- From accounts you connect. If you ask us to manage or post to a platform on your behalf (for example, a social account), we receive only the access needed to do that work, and we use it only for that.
How we use information
To deliver and improve our work, respond to your inquiries, run your projects, handle billing, send service messages, and, only if you opt in, the occasional update. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
A short list of service providers that keep our business running: website hosting, payment processing, email, and analytics. They only handle your data to provide those services to us, under confidentiality obligations. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it. Some of these providers are US-based; where your data is processed outside your country, we rely on the protections those providers have in place.
Data retention
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing, by emailing contact@styledriven.com. We'll take care of it. If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights, tell us and we'll honor what applies to you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to catch and fix problems quickly.
Children
Our work isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top and flag anything material.
