Overview
Style Driven ("we," "our," "us") is a design, photography, video, and web and systems team. This policy covers the information we handle when you visit styledriven.com, ask about working with us, or use your client portal.
Information we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, company, how you heard about us, and anything you send through our contact form, project inquiries, or portal signup.
- Collected automatically. Basic usage data like pages visited, referring URL, browser and device type, and approximate location. With your yes to analytics cookies, we can tie your visits together, and Microsoft Clarity records how you move through a page, with form fields hidden. Your yes also lets a message or booking you send carry how you first found the site: the tags on the link you followed, the site that sent you, and the first page you saw. Without it, we get counts of visits and no analytics cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy.
- From accounts you connect. If you ask us to manage or post to a platform on your behalf (for example, a social account), we receive only the access needed to do that work, and we use it only for that.
How we use information
To deliver and improve our work, respond to your inquiries, run your projects, handle billing, send service messages, and, only if you opt in, the occasional update. If you allow marketing cookies, LinkedIn's tag collects information about your visit so we can show our work to past visitors on LinkedIn. Some state laws call that sharing, and you can turn it off any time under Cookie settings. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
A short list of service providers keeps our business running: website hosting, payment processing, email, and analytics. The hosting and analytics ones are Vercel, Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), and Ahrefs. If you allow marketing cookies, LinkedIn's advertising tag runs too. Our Cookie Policy says what each one does. Service providers only handle your data to provide their service to us, under confidentiality obligations. LinkedIn also uses what its tag collects under its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it. Most of these providers are based in the US. Where your data is processed outside your country, we rely on the protections those providers have in place.
Data retention
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing, by emailing contact@styledriven.com. We'll take care of it. To turn analytics or marketing cookies off, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of marketing cookies. If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights, tell us and we'll honor what applies to you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to catch and fix problems quickly.
Children
Our work isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top and flag anything material.
