Brand Identity & Platform Design
The Brief
SkoolTek came to SD as an early-stage MVP with the right ambition but no design foundation. The product worked but didn't feel like one. SD partnered from the ground up, ran real user testing with admins, teachers, students, and parents, and built a system that made onboarding schools easier and competing with incumbents possible.
Brand identity, full platform UI/UX, and marketing website for a school management system that refused to look like 2008 enterprise software. One design system, hundreds of screens, four user types, AI and blockchain features that feel approachable, and a brand strong enough to make school administrators trust a startup over the systems they've used for a decade.
Results
100% increase in user satisfaction. 25% improved conversion rate. 150+ UI elements and 30+ brand collaterals delivered. SkoolTek became a platinum sponsor of EdTek Con 2025, partners with the ICT Industry Council of the Philippines, and now runs with its own in-house design and dev team.
