02What disciplines do you cover?
Design (brand, social, print, packaging), photography (product, lifestyle, event), video (commercial, social, event), and web (design + development). Most partners start with one discipline and add more.
03How does pricing work?
Retainer or project-based. Retainers get priority scheduling and volume pricing. Projects are scoped and quoted upfront. No surprises either way.
04What's your capacity?
We keep partner slots limited so quality doesn't slip. If we're full, we'll tell you and put you on the waitlist. We'd rather say no than deliver B-grade work.
05Can you match our turnaround times?
Usually, yes. We'll tell you our bandwidth up front and flag anything that needs more lead time. Most recurring work turns around in 2-3 business days.
