Revolve had slowing foot traffic, no merch, and a brand that didn't match the experience inside. They wanted to be the center of attention on their block and launch their own lifestyle merch products. The shop was great. The outside didn't know that yet.
A full brand overhaul for a bike shop that was getting lost in a row of boring storefronts. New brand, new merch line, new storefront design, new photography. Walk-ins went up over 35% in the first two months.
